Refund policy

If there is a genuine defect in the product, here is our policy on returns:

1. Eligible products (If found Damaged) can only be returned within one week after the delivery date. Incase if the package is received in damaged condition , please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately by calling us on +91 9717566621

2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us at care@theindiglobal.com a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will take the necessary action

3. Any customized order cannot be exchanged or returned

4. Our team must receive and approve your request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up

5. Once your return has been authorized, we would issue a store credit note or we can refund the amount deducting the shipping charges against the purchase. Please make sure the product is unwashed or unused
